Glenthorpe Engineering Co Ltd was established in the UK in 1962.

Our couplings are manufactured, designed and assembled by us at our factory in Teddington, England.

All our couplings are pressure tested prior to dispatch to ensure that our swivel couplings are fully functional and leak free before they reach the customer.

Our own design swivel couplings, rotary unions, swivel joints & hydraulic components include balanced pressure banjo-90/180 & banjo two way/multi way couplings, Inline/Inline-90, Inline multi-axis & Inline super high pressure (SHP) couplings along with an extensive back catalogue of specialised manufactured to order couplings.

Our swivel couplings are used in a wide range of applications including industrial hose reels, jetting lances, plant equipment, mechanical diggers, horticulture & agricultural machinery, drainage cleaning machinery & flight simulators to name a few.

We offer a standard production range of hydraulic swivel couplings with BSP fittings along with semi production and manufactured to order products with alternative fittings, such as SAE J.I.C, NPT, SAE ORB, ORFS, HOSE BARB, BSP, BSPT, J.I.S, METRIC DIN 24°, Bulkhead DIN.
